Racing Quad PDB FC Holder

Racing Quad PDB FC Holder

thingiverse

I recently designed a power distribution board holder for my Force 2 Frames Nano 130 FPV racing quadcopter. I wanted to mount it below the frame to allow more room for wiring and to lower the overall CG of the quad. I decided something similar would be nice on some of my other quads, so I redesigned it to work with most common PDBs and Flight controllers. I've included printable STL files for the DemonCore PDB, the Flip32 FC, and a generic PDB. I've also included the OpenSCAD file which can be easily modified for other PDBs, FCs, and various mounting options. Setting the various documented parameters should allow you to produce a holder that will work with your PDB or FC. OpenSCAD is free. Just download, open the scad file, set the parameters, hit render, then export to STL (you should be able to do this even if you don't know OpenSCAD). Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Standard or high Infill: 20% Notes: I printed with nylon, but ABS should work well too.
