This is a storage rack for oscilloscope probes. The rack can be mounted to the side of a shelf above your workbench with two screws. Maximum of four probes can be stored in the rack in different ways. See pictures. I have Siglent probes but it can store any other type of probes as long as they are not wider than 10mm.
