I got the idea fro this when i moved house, there was some ratchet device(i dont know what they are called but they tighten tethers) and i had an old belt but the buckle had broken so i trimmed the belt leather to fit in the ratchet device and used it as a belt, this is like what i have only it looks more ergonomic.
