The folded bikes just fit inside a Rola 600lb capacity trailer cargo hitch rack. An unfolded bike is slightly longer, so the front wheel slightly wedges in as it sits on the upper basket rail. Sits nice and snug actually without straps just perched on the kickstand. This group of print files helps position non-folded bikes in the carrier basket for quicker/easier loading and unloading duties. A wheel retainer block/chock to sit under the suspended front wheel, mostly to ensure the wheel doesn’t turn. Another small wedge wheel chock for the rear wheel to help set it at optimal placement against the sidebar bend, ready for strap down (rear chock is quite unnecessary). An adjustable separator bar keeps the bikes spaced when strapped down to the rack. Just 2 ratchet straps eliminates all travel movements and 2 additional straps, gives peace of mind. The spacer bar threads on both of my prints went together nicely tight without needing cleanup other than knocking support material off. My prints were through .5 nozzle with .3 or .32 layers using PETG. Bed positioning: Cradle file front was rear end down and the rear chock file printed bottom down. Separator bar down horizontal on the flat spot with some supports along the curves off the bed and for the angled ends. Didn’t use supports for the top of the inside threads (frame brace side). Basically supported from bed only. I made the frame cradle diameter large enough to fit the zip ties I have in that area, though the bare tube file with “BareFrame” in the name should fit those without zip-ties in the way.
