<p>eBikes are great! The Li-on batteries are powerful, but expensive. In our climate we don't use our ebikes in the winter. We also like to go camping. You can buy expensive “Power stations” or “solar generators”, but they are also very expensive. Wouldn't it be great if you could use your eBike battery to run an inverter or DC-DC 12V converter when you are camping or the power goes out. My wife has a RAD Power Radcity Step-Thru 3 eBIke. It has a 48V, 672Wh battery. I designed this connector so you could hook the battery up to an inverter or DC-DC converter. You can also hook up solar panels to charge it (up to 120W).</p><p>things used:</p><ul><li>48V to 13.6V DC-DC Converter ( <a href="https://amzn.to/36btcMR">https://amzn.to/36btcMR</a> )</li><li>1000W Pure Sine 48V Inverter ( <a href="https://amzn.to/3x47PsR">https://amzn.to/3x47PsR</a> )</li><li>12AWG Silicone wire ( <a href="https://amzn.to/2UdZh4f">https://amzn.to/2UdZh4f</a> )</li><li>3.5mm banana connectors ( <a href="https://amzn.to/3jt0n6v">https://amzn.to/3jt0n6v</a> )</li><li>Genasun MPPT 54.2V waterproof Solar Charge Controller ( <a href="https://amzn.to/3x9Q7UV">https://amzn.to/3x9Q7UV</a> )</li><li>Renogy 100W folding solar panel ( <a href="https://amzn.to/3hbcWlv">https://amzn.to/3hbcWlv</a> )</li><li>M3 nylon bolts ( <a href="https://amzn.to/3ye7uUx">https://amzn.to/3ye7uUx</a> )</li><li>PETG Filament ( <a href="https://amzn.to/3Ae7GoB">https://amzn.to/3Ae7GoB</a> )</li><li>Radcity Step-thru 3 (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/redirect?event=video_description&amp;redir_token=QUFFLUhqbjBPVjFSMXN3dV96VkNGZ1J4Y19EQlhsZkhUZ3xBQ3Jtc0trYmk0X0xvWTdvSDVfdDNGdFkxOGt2Z29OS2F5cUJsdGc0dVlBbEtveWVHYjdSQkdjdGRXRVZuNEY1QkY1OEFybXJQRVJsaHFieTlNdlMxVndJdjN3Z2RwSFdpbUhpYnNTeHFtaWhJMWI5czFtcFNqWQ&amp;q=http%3A%2F%2Frwrd.io%2Fiuf9jqd%3Fc">http://rwrd.io/iuf9jqd?c</a> )</li><li>RAD Power battery ( <a href="https://www.radpowerbikes.com/collections/replacement-parts/products/rad-battery-pack-2021">Rad Battery Pack For Electric Bikes | Rad Power Bikes</a> )</li><li>low-cost MPPT Solar Charge controller ( <a href="https://amzn.to/3haIlEx">https://amzn.to/3haIlEx</a> )</li><li>wire stripper ( <a href="https://amzn.to/3wdmwZc">https://amzn.to/3wdmwZc</a> )</li><li>wire crimper ( <a href="https://amzn.to/3yk8KWt">https://amzn.to/3yk8KWt</a> )</li></ul><p>As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.</p><p>You tube video: </p><figure class="media"><oembed url="https://youtu.be/vP13pjChTB4"></oembed></figure><p> </p>
