I'm working on a case for the rad1o badge, with no screws needed. The design comes from a cad file I made, so I'm unsure about component height. Hopefully it will work as expected. My goal is to perfect the design and make sure it functions properly, but since I won't be able to attend CCCamp 2015 without a ticket, I also wouldn't get access to the rad1o hardware. The top case and bottom case match up perfectly without screws. If you have any feedback or suggestions (such as sharing the cad source), please let me know. This design was created using Solidworks software.
