Radial Fan 50mm Front- / Top-Part of Housing

On my Anet A8, a critical failure occurred: the front plastic part of the radial fan snapped off due to a loose screw. Although replacing the entire fan wouldn't break the bank, I chose to rebuild this crucial component. Within minutes, I stumbled upon a reliable replica of the fan on Thingiverse - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1576438. By harnessing this robust design, I extracted the profile and adapted it for the top section. After several iterations, the new part fits remarkably well, and the fan's airflow matches its original counterpart. To ensure stability, I retained the small clamps that connect the front and rear sections in the factory model. The shells now stay put thanks to a pair of screws and a strip of adhesive tape, which also seals any remaining gaps. Note: The original configuration of fan and nozzle was faulty from the start, so I had already drilled 2.5mm holes and secured both parts with M3 screws before embarking on this DIY project.
