Modified the fan mount from tobbi007 to fit my RepRap Prusa Mendel X-Carriage. I believe mine is the more standard version, but I could be wrong. Attachment points are further spaced. Put them over top of where the X-Axis belt attaches (see photos). You can optionally remove the bottom clamp of one of the sides and instead clamp the belt between the fan mount and the X Axis carriage (as I did, in order to use smaller bolts). I also added nut traps. This is made to fit a 50x15mm radial fan such as this one from Amazon All hardware is size M3. Use 20mm bolts to attach fan to mount. 20mm bolts for clamp side of the X belt, and 30 or 35mm bolts for tensioner side of X-belt. Fan duct is the same as original. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20-30% Notes: Glue fan duct into fan for good airtight fit. I used JB Weld but superglue will probably work as well.
