Step 1: Sketch on front plane and create the circle on the bottom of the part with the little circles inside of it and boss extrude it and also set the extrude too mid plane Step 2: sketch a rough outline of the rest of the object minus the cuts in the middle of the part and also stop the outline before you get to the round edges at the top and extrudeStep 3: for this step you'll have to use the offset entities tab and offset the inside of the sketch then your gonna have too extend the those offset lines to connect too an endpoint, while also trimming away any excess lines too create the weird cut and before you cut make sure too fillet your edgesStep 4: this is where your gonna mirror your cut from step 3 onto the other side by using the mirror tool Step 5: at the ends of the sketch where you stopped right before the circles on the top your going to put a circle on each line in the middle of the line and make sure your drawing on the the top plane view face and not at the top of the extended part and lastly boss extrude Step 6: and after step 5 boss extrudes your gonna make another circle and use the cut extrude
