I started by sketching a smaller circle in a bigger circle then boss extruding it, leaving the small circle, so that there is a hole. Then, I sketched the body, making sure all the measurements were correct, then boss extruding it. Then, I did three extruded cuts on each side, using the mirror tool. Lastly, I inserted a circle at each end of the other side of the body, boss extruded it, and then inserted a circle extruded cut in the middle.
