Radio charger battery spacer, replaces ICOM AD-99N for BC-144 and IC-F3GS

thingiverse

This is a replacement for an ICOM AD-99N. I use it with an IC-F3GS in a BC-144 charger. I do not guarantee that it will fit anywhere or anything else, nor that it can work with any other radio or charger model (even if the original genuine AD-99N might do). I strongly suspect it should be compatible with the IC-F4GS, IC-F3GT and IC-F4GT too. However, I provide the original OpenSCAD file, so that you can adjust it for best fit. As printed, the model is supposed to fit just tight enough into the charger so that it does not move when you insert or remove the radio, yet can still be removed if needed. If you lift the radio quickly, the base does not come with the radio. The best numbers for your printer might be different so you might have to adjust. Note: This is not an official ICOM part, has not been authorized by ICOM in any way, and this part has been created without copying a genuine AD-99N (I do not have one). Icom and the Icom logo are registered trademarks.
