These parts are to adapt an 8" pnematic tire with steel ball bearing hubs to a Radio Flyer 3 in 1 EZ Fold Wagon https://www.radioflyer.com/3-in-1-ez-fold-wagon-with-canopy-bundle.html The tires (https://www.harborfreight.com/8-inch-non-marring-rubber-tire-47638.html) have a 5/8" axle bore , and these need to be adapted to the 7/16" front axle pins and the slightly larger 29/64" rear axle with the appropriate spacing. I reused the existing push nuts after removing them and carefully bending the tabs back, but you can always purchase new ones (https://www.lowes.com/pd/Hillman-7-16-in-Zinc-Plated-Axle-Push-Nut/3012515).
