Search AliExpress for: Ghxamp 23mm Mini Fulll Range Loudspeaker 8ohm 2w Long stroke Rubble Edge Round Full Frequency Speaker Print the adapter with a Resin Printer. Possibly it will work with a Filament printer ether. Align the adapter with the speaker grill, the thinner side facing up and glue it in place with some epoxy. It is not necessary to glue the speaker to the adapter, it is held in place by the PCB. I removed the speaker in the back, it sounds better without.
