<p>L: is the length of the leg of the tool. (see the equations and graph above for more illustration)</p><p>h: is the measured height value given by the micrometer till the micrometer`s leg touches the surface.</p><p>For accurate measurement you have to practically find the height correction value which represent the distance measured till the leg of the micrometer reaches the opening of the tool at the right angle. &nbsp;Then subtract this (h correction value) from the height measured by the micrometer and substitute the correct h in the equation(s) to find the accurate radius of the curved surface you want to get its curvature radius.</p><p>Enjoy,,,</p>
