RailCore 2 Door Hinges

RailCore 2 Door Hinges

Hinges for the RailCore 2 doors, both 250 and 300 ZL. Print from PETG or ABS; they're designed so that a moderately long M3 screw (25mm) will thread into the top and bottom bits tightly and be loose in the middle bit of the hinge. This allows 'em to swing easily, but stay where you put 'em. The drilling guides are meant to be pushed into the corner of the front as shown, then you can mark and drill, or if you're brave, just hold/clamp them and drill through the existing holes. The hinges are made for 10mm countersunk heads (mine are Phillips head); I used NyLock nuts on the backsides. I'll get the knob uploaded soon, too, but it's a fairly obvious thing. There are two DXF files, one for the 300 and one for the 250; the doors are interchangeable. Added a fixed part for thicker 1/4" or 6mm door materials.
