Rainbow King Wand topper (True and the Rainbow Kingdom)

My family is dressing up as characters from the Netflix animated series **True and the Rainbow Kingdom**. I am dressing as the _Rainbow King_ who wields a sceptre that looks like a miniature version of his own head. There is a slot for a 1/4" dowel to be used as the staff of the wand. I placed drain holes inside the dowel hole - which should probably be a little larger. I'll save that modification for v2. This is a hollowed mesh. If you're printing with an extruder, the drain holes shouldn't affect your print.
