Raiscube LCD12864 upgrades

Some useful improvements I made to the Raiscube LCD12864 control unit. This came with some big holes and a knob that was clearly just slapped on, exposing the entire under-structure of the encoder. The reset switch is easy to damage behind its hole because it has a long shaft. The buzzer in the middle of the third hole without a proper cover is awful as well. So I decided to make some improvements. Here are the details: - The knob is 20mm in diameter at the bottom, 12mm at the finger grip. It's 17mm tall and is a tight fit on a standard 6mm 18-tooth splined shaft. - The reset button clicks when it fits into its hole and has a loose fit so that it can move in and out to push the microswitch. It fits into a 12mm hole. - I made a cover for the buzzer using the same method, but this time with a tight fit into a 14mm hole. - I changed the original distance washers (white ones) to correctly sized pieces because they were too low, so the display wasn't parallel to the box surface. The dimensions are 3mm ID, 7mm OD, and 5.5mm height. All you have to do is separate them by breaking the little bridge in between. - I also added a cable hole cover for the backside to hide the flat cable connectors.
