Raise 3D Door handle

Raise 3D Door handle

This is a far better door handle for the Raise 3D Printer. It will fit all the models. Print Settings Printer: Raise 3D N1 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: .1mm Infill: 15% Notes: Print Poignee1 and Poignee2 at the same time if you have dual extruders. It turns out really great! It helps if you rotate the part with the long way along the Y axis if your dual extruders are on the X axis, because they won't smudge the colors as much since they will not interfere with the part most of the time. Use a wipewall option if you have it. Post-Printing Print all the parts, cut a diaper pin with 1/4 inch on a side and 3/8 inch on the other. Cut 1 1/4 inch of filament for the shaft. Put the diaper pin spring inside the handle with the long side pointing upwards Put the base on top, push the filament shaft in. Make sure the shaft goes inside the diaper pin spring loop Remove your printer door. Mark the door handle spot, and use a sand paper to scratch the door side. This will help the glue to make a better bond. Glue the door handle base on the very edge of the door. I used cyanoacrylate glue, but I guess any superglue will do the trick. Re-install the door and enjoy!
