When fitting the Anti Z Wobble thingi (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1431036) I found that the distance between the object and the coupler was too small so I took some steps to "raise" the bed to give me more height between the ZWobble thing and the coupler. I raised the bed using these - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1490698 Then I found that the leveling screw was not long enough. So I made these adjustable extenders - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1574094 I found that the LM8UU bearings on the Y axis rods were starting to make grooves in the rod so I printed these blocks+bearings and included the bed raising in them - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1605437. There are 2 versions one with and one without the bed raising mod. The silence of the Y bearings is great and no more grooves. When they wear out I have a spare set already printed. I still needed a little more height so I made these to be fitted as shown. They "raise" the bed by 5 mm and fit without the motors touching the table. Sketchup file is included. I also got rid of those Al couplers and printed these. Work beautifully with hardly any wobble - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1651349 Print Settings Printer: Geeetech Full Metal Aluminum Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 15% Notes: This "raises" the bed by 5mm. I have included the sketchup files in case anyone wants to decrerase/increase the height. Post-Printing Just fit as shown in the picture. Should be used together with these (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1574094) or the leveling screw may not be long enough.
