To mount a SatNav System using a RAM- mount to a BMW R1100RT. I suggest to install it with a spring washer and a larger washer on top of the mount to avoid the screw head "sinking" into the print. Use an O-ring in the groove of the ball- then you don't need to tighten the RAM- mount clamp quite as much to keep it from moving. Update 2020: complete redesign for significantly increased stability and much better fit.
