This is a 1.5 inch, Ram-style ball mount, adapted to fit into the molded-in rod holders in the Perception Sound kayak (and the identical West Marine Bahama kayak; it may also fit the L.L. Manatee kayak.) Use it to attach ball-mounted accessories behind the kayak seat. The base is the same as that originally developed for a fly-rod holder adapter for the same kayaks (it's actually the same file, and can be used as a base for any other adapter you can think of!)
