Used a phone holder someone designed to put into the business card holder in a Ram truck, at least I know my 2014 2500 has it. I cut off the phone stuff and added a GoPro Style mount for my backup camera monitor. I made one with a lower mount, the mount up high bounced a little too much with the weight of the monitor.
