RAMPS 1.4 Enclosure

Fair warning, this project is fairly complex and involved. Total disclosure, this is not a perfect design, however it seems to have worked well so far. If anyone would like to contribute suggestions, I am more than happy to incorporate them into the CAD. End disclosure. This is a comprehensive enclosure designed for a Arduino Mega 2560 / RAMPS 1.4 / 12864 LCD combination. Enclosure includes 30mm case fan for board cooling, 6x 8P DIN connector ports for wiring (designed with a DeltaBot in mind, one port each for X/Y/Z, extruder motor, end effector, and heated bed), slotted vents for air flow, and cutouts for USB to the Arduino and power to the RAMPS. The RAMPS enclosure is magnetically joined to a similar enclosure for a 12864 LCD controller. The LCD enclosure has all appropriate cutouts for the trimmer pot adjustment, reset button, rotary encoder, and SD card slot (also has slotted face over buzzer). Spare parts required: -3x M3 threaded heat set inserts -6x 8P DIN connectors (female) -6x 8P DIN connectors (male) -1x 30mm case fan (12V) -8x 6mm diameter, 3mm thick neodymium magnets I will leave the materials and requirements for wiring the DIN connectors up to you. Please know that this is fairly involved. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Post-Printing The assembly of the enclosure is fairly self-explanatory. Take care to install the magnets in the correct orientation in both sides of the enclosure, so that they attract when putting the enclosure halves together. Again, I will leave the wiring up to you, as you may pin it out any way you would like. I grouped the endstops and stepper motors for each axis together (1 harness each for X, Y and Z). I ran one harness for the extruder motor (E), 1 harness for the bed heater and thermistor (B), and 1 harness for the hot end and thermistor (F, along with the layer cooling fans and heatsink fan).
