RAMPS 1.4/ LCD Mounting Case

This is a cased to hold a RAMPS 1.4 board and a RepRap Discount Full Graphic Display LCD screen. It is printed in several different parts. Print Settings Printer: Iron 3D 9x9 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .25 Infill: ~15% Notes: All screw holes are 2mm. Mounting screws hole are 6mm Post-Printing Instructions The RAMPS board is attached to the board mount before putting into the case. The LCD is attached directly to the case. The case mount is attached prior to attaching to the frame. Case mount fits 3/4 inch square tubing, mounting holes to frame are ~103mm apart. Stop Button is slid through the two holes on faceplate. Bottom(longer) pin will need to be trimmed down so it hits the reset button, it should just touch the button on the board while the outside of the button is .5-1mm off faceplate. The top pin will need to be cut and have its end melted and pushed flat to keep the button from coming out of the face plate. If the button pins are not trimmed short enough the button can rattle around but still works. The back cover is designed to fit a 50mm low profile fan inside the case.
