No, it doesn't actually produce sound, except maybe from folks admiring it. :-)

The Audio Deck replaces your stock Trunk Cover.

Each piece is separate, allowing for individual color printing.

There's a speaker Cone, a grille Insert, and a trim Ring, separate from the Deck.

The displayed Amplifier is tri-color printed with a Silver base, Black component bodies, and Gold component “covers.” M600 filament changes at the ends of Layer 15 and 21 are already in the supplied gcode.

The Trim Rings retain the Inserts, which self-center in the Speaker Cones. You can use hardware (M2 screws) to retain the Rings or you can (if you wish) use the solid version Rings (2 styles) and glue them.

Position parts on the build plate as illustrated.

20% Infill is plenty for everything.

Drill out the Rings and Amplifier to 2mm.

Pre-cut the threads (twice) in the Deck if you're using Button Head (1.27mm tool) screws: it'll save you some cursing and stripped hardware.

Rock on.
