Rancilio Rocky spout - doser to doserless conversion

This model is all that you need to convert a doser Rancilio Rocky to a doserless model. The doser model of the Rancilio Rocky is a pretty huge pain for home users. There will be a significant amount of coffee sitting in it between uses, and it adds an extra step to the grind process. I have since upgraded to a different machine, however thought this would be an interesting project. When you remove the doser, however, there is now several mm of gap between the grind chamber and the outer metal frame, making it impossible to use that way. I wanted to design a compression-fit component rather than dropping $30 on a spout and the "rubber spacer" needed from the doserless model. It was measured and designed for my machine specifically. The outer body of the Rocky is completely separate from the functional interior, therefore each machine will have slightly different offsets and tolerances for the spout. That is why this model has non-uniform dimensions. You will likely need to adjust the model or do some light sanding to make it fit yours. Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 5 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .25 Infill: 20% Notes: Print with the flat rectangular surface on the bed. Printing with supports recommended. They're easy enough to remove and makes the edge where the spout sits against the grinder cleaner.
