I suggest printing at a resolution below 200 microns, as I have not experimented with any lower resolutions yet. The clearances between each component are typically around .4-.5 mm. No support material is needed in this case. Both parts were printed at either 140 micron (0.14 mm) or 200 micron (0.2 mm) without support on a Zortrax M200, using Android Green Z-ABS. UPDATE: I have uploaded an updated version of INTERLOCKED4 with increased clearance. You may be able to identify the difference in title alone.
