I strongly advise printing at a resolution below 200 microns, having personally attempted lower resolutions without success. Clearances between each component are within a range of 0.4-0.5 millimeters. The models were printed with neither support nor failure on a Zortrax M200 using Android Green Z-ABS filament at 140 (0.14 mm) or 200 micron (0.2 mm). UPDATE: I have uploaded an enhanced version of INTERLOCKED4 with improved clearance for your review. Look closely, and you should be able to discern the title. Instructions A lack of support is a must. Achieving a high infill setting will grant the toy sufficient weight and mass.
