Okay, so the vent grilles in my 1987 Classic Range Rover were old, broken and useless or otherwise missing entirely. I took some basic measurements and created a more modern looking, custom grille for the vents. Note these are not adjustable so the air flow follows the basic honeycomb design. Turns out they're a perfect fit. After finishing them, I'll install them with some decent double sided tape so they'll be removable, should I ever need to remove the dash.
