Raspberry Pi 4 snap-in case I designed this case to use Rpi4 as a home entertainment center, but, it can be used for any other purpose. There is a small opening on the side of the box for a TSOP38xxx IR receiver, the bottom part of the box also has an extension to hold the receiver. If not needed, these can be easily removed, there are .step files provided. The box is tall enough to fit a 50x15 mm fan with a dust filter and up to 15mm tall heat sinks, glued to the Rpi4 chips. Next to the fan, there is a holder for a step-up voltage converter module, to run a 12V fan from the 5V power supply (I am running mine at ~9V). There are a lot of air vents on the sides of the box for the air, sucked by the fan on top to leave the box. To assemble the box you need 10 screws and 10 threaded brass inserts M3, ~4.2mm diameter and 4mm in height - 4pcs, for the fan, 4 pcs (I suggest M2.5 inserts and screws here) to mount the Rpi4 board to the bottom part of the case and 2 pcs, for the voltage converter. For the fan filter, you can use a piece of thin foam or fabric. Print from ABS, PETG, or ASA with no supports.
