This is the central entrance and surround for a home made Nucleus sized feeder. Added to a plastic tuperware type container which has had a hole drilled in the bottom of the box. Stick the central entrance to the container base, and seal with translucent sealant. Add the surround. I made it as I didn't have a feeder for a nuc sized hive, and couldn't find one online.
