Raptor 50 Titan RC heli electric conversion

Motor mount and pinion adapter for electric conversion of Raptor 50 family of model helicopters. Based on Rotary Weasel's design. Those parts were use as a test fit, aluminium machined parts were used in the final design due to needed strength. If you dare using printed parts for actual conversion, it is advisable to weld the halves using ABS juice before using to gain needed strength. Also, because ESC cover wast damaged during LiPo fire, new one was printed with an ear to mount it in place of header tank. Design fits Scorpion HK3-4020-910kv motor, or others with 25mm bolt spacing and 5mm shaft. I used Hobbywing Platinum 100A ESC with 6S LiPo battery, which fits perfectly inside the frame. Powerplant is OEM setup taken from friend's crashed Gaui X5. I used Raptor 30 transmission, yielding ~1:9,6 gear ratio instead of stock 1:8,5, which with this setup should be suitable for 600mm, or even 620mm size blades. I made 8 flights already (hovering at 1750RPM and mild forward flight). With 6S 4900mAh LiPo battery, I've got 5 minutes of flight with 3.85V/cell after flight. I'm planning to recreate the models of printed parts in OpenSCAD and post them here as well. They might come in handy if you decide to make the thing on SLS printer (probably the only method that would be strong enough for the purpose).
