Raptor Reloaded by e-NABLE - Thumbless & Extra length for four fingers

This is a remix of the Raptor Reloaded by e-NABLE and the Team UnLimbited Gauntlet. The thumb is removed, the distal part of the palm was cut off and the proximal part of the fingers was redesigned. This design allows the fitting of the hand to a recipient with a thumb and a residual part of the index finger (or other) without scaling the hand to be very big (see pictures). The design was made as part of the work we do in Haifa3D (the Israeli chapter of e-NABLE) and the Technion.
