Here's another case with fan holes for the Raspberry Pi 2/3+, measuring 30x30x6.5mm. There are two versions available - one tall version that allows mounting the fan on the lower side of the case, and a shorter "low" version that requires the fan to be mounted on the upper side. The fan operates at 5V but can still run smoothly and quietly at 3.3V. I deliberately placed the fan above the CPU and USB hub because they tend to get hot.
