this contains the redesigned file from thing:899284 Have found the crew mount holes beeing 6mm are way to big. I have redrawn the thing and changed the holes diameters. The small holes are 2.5mm dia now. The cooler mountscrew holes are 4.5mm dia now. The mountplate has been leveled up by using 20mm standoffs. This leaves much room for using a much bigger cooling thing later on. Using this hardware the cooling fan could be mounted underneath the plate as well. But in this case the fan blades would do scratching the opening. Put some washers 0.6-1mm inbetween. This solves the issue. The required washer thickness depends on the the fan you are using. The small blue finned heatsinks were formerly used as VGA-graphics card RAM coolers. The choosen hegagonal shaped bolts block the pin-connector. If you want connecting the 40pin cable header you have to feed next to the pins two screws 3mm diameter down to the Pi pcb mountplate.
