It's dimensions are not completely accurate.The dimensions I have for cutouts don't match up exactly with the dimensions on the Raspberry Pi website. This may be due to tolerances and perhaps not all the dimensions are provided in the drawing they have.Works for 75 x 75 mm and 100 x 100 mm VESA mounts.
