Raspberry Pi 4 2U rack-mount for 12 Raspberry or for 8 (with Samsung T5)

Added coolers and latch at trays. I also made a mount for Samsung T5 drives for the same trays. And you can use this server for 12 Raspberry or for 8 Raspberry and 8 Samsung T5 as I use them.
