Based on the "custom designed Raspberry Pi Case for the new Pi 4" https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3723481 Printed with 3 perimeters & No Top or bottom layers to leave infill visible. Fan is designed to be a friction fit in the lid so no screws / glue are needed. This specific remix is for 40x20mm fans + additional room to accomodate heatsinks. For wiring the fan use the bottom row second pin from the right for 5V and 3rd pin from the right same bottom row for the ground. You will need to use a 3 to 2 pin adapter included with the fan listed below or bend/cut pin 1. "Bottom row" defined by having your output ports on your left as you're looking at the Pi4. See image.
