Raspberry Pi 4 case (Custom fan + cam cutout)

This is a remix of John_Sinclair's case, modified to use with a fan found on an old laptop. The fan had no cylindrical frame included (only the blades, see picture), so I added it to the case (47 mm inner diameter). The fan is glued from the outside. This case may be too specific to use with any fan, but the SolidPython/OpenScad source files make it easier to adjust to custom dimensions. Only the upper part was modified from the original, the lower part is the same. As for the original, it was printed with no top or bottom layer to leave infill visible. Honeycomb infill not being available in Cura, triangle infill was used.
