Raspberry Pi 4 Case, with short option and heat-set threadsert option

This is a remix of plammers's excellent raspberry pi 4 case. I made two changes: * I modified the base to accept heat-set thread inserts. These are commonly available on ebay or Amazon. Set them from the bottom up, and use about 230C for setting into PETG. Be careful, set them slow and straight. I like thread inserts because they're more durable than screws directly into plastic and because you don't have to retain a nut that will fall out at the most inconvenient time. pi-4-case-threadsert-rev1.stl is the one I printed and am using. pi-4-case-threadsert-rev2.stl makes the bosses under the pi a little bigger for less chance at deforming them when inserting the heat-set inserts. I have not printed rev2. * I modified the top to be shorter. I like short tops because the GPIO pins are even easier to get at that way. pi-4-case-top-slim.stl is the slim top. I've also included plammers's original files, Rpi_4_Case_Bottom_official_rPI_HDMI_cable.stl and Rpi_4_Case_Top_official_rPI_HDMI_cable.stl as they are fully compatible with my remixes. Video demo at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r5wgPtUUWG0 11/3/2019 Added some new files: * pi4-case-top-tall.stl, pi4-case-poe-spacer: Designed to let you install a PoE hat inside the case. Use the spacer as standoffs between the PoE board and the pi. Install the tall top and there will be enough room to clear the PoE board. * pi4-case-top-40mm.stl: The damn PoE hat is too noisy for my preference. Remove the fan from the PoE board and install a 40x40 noctua on the top of the board, and it'll be nice an quiet. * pi4-case-drive-bracket: Can be used to attach the case to this sata usb3 hard drive case, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CQD6M5B, to build a pi NAS using openmediavault.
