This is pretty much the same as the Pi 3 Media Center case except that the cutouts have been modified to accept the Raspberry Pi 4 Model B. Looks like the Geekwork x825 SATA to 2.5" HDD adapter will fit just fine. I'll measure it out and change when mine gets in. The lid and power button from version 3.1 are still the same with no change in spec. This is a preliminary design and will be tweaked once I receive my Raspberry Pi 4 sometime is late August.
