I just tinkered with probably one of the best RPI4 Cases I've seen to fit my needs. I put the MicroSD on top along with some slots to hold MicroSDs. You will need a MicroSD Extender and build the back with the improved air flow design. The extender fits nicely inside the "Curved Airflow Extension". Final print pics available.
