The Raspberry Pi 4B runs quite hot! Even with the latest firmware update, The RPi4 is still quite toasty. I created this case, with plenty of vents and a mount for a 50mm 5V DC fan to keep air moving past the heat sinks. The latest version uses sheet metal screws to sandwich the Pi between the base and the top. Here's a list of hardware and a tutorial on how to control the fan through the Python GPIO: Parts: - 50mm x 10mm 5V Fan: http://tnkr.in/5ka - 100 Ohm ceramic resistor - S8050 Transistors - \#4 flat head, phillips sheet metal screws Controlling a Fan using the Raspberry Pi GPIO: http://tnkr.in/5k8
