I did a simple remix in TinkerCad to add a 30mm fan opening (you still need to mark and drill the mounting holes. Love this overall design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4533801) as it's simple, mounts to the Ender3 rail, and has a lot of room in the case - I just wanted a top with a cooling fan hole. EDIT: Made the fan hole a bit smaller and added screw holes (mine came out a little small and had to drill them out a bit more.
