Raspberry Pi B+ Case
thingiverse
I took a look at the cases on Thingiverse and wasn't impressed. So, I decided to create this one myself (inspired by another design) and attempted to merge functionality with protection while also aiming for a visually appealing result. To tackle this project, I relied heavily on SketchUp. Unfortunately, I had to start from scratch in a new file, reconstructing the case manually, as importing existing geometry proved tricky. The logo on top came from elsewhere; I used STL export/import functions within SketchUp to bring it over seamlessly. This case design works by snapping parts together, relying solely on friction to keep everything securely in place. Furthermore, an SD card slot is cleverly concealed within the design, completely enclosed and safe from potential harm. Instructions for Assembly ------------------------- The board itself holds up its respective position via natural friction, which allows for seamless stacking without requiring any external attachments or tools.
