Raspberry PI camera mount/support and lens hood

thingiverse

Failed to find any suitable support for a Raspberry PI camera for one of my projects, so I designed this one. It mounts on the inside of a box with two screws, where the camera PCB is held by its outer edges. There is also a camera lens hood that attaches to the other side of the wall. The interesting trick here is to use a cheap slide for microscope for the glass window if you need it to be waterproof, sealed with silicon. Because of this, be careful to print the lens hood on its top (check the geometry)! Instructions I printed it in Nylon to keep it flexible. You may have to adjust the tolerances in the source code but it should be OK (or use a drop of silicon glue, eg.).
