I found that the SwivelBall_Female_Base_3mm_Clip_v3_Unscaled.stl was non-manifold. The model looked ok when I loaded into my slicer, but once I sliced it the top part of the clip was missing such that the two sides where not attached. I re-exported it from Fusion 360 and it works fine now.
