This pi case is designed for use with the 2.8 inch Adafruit PiTFT touchscreen. It has a place for a camera mount which I'm still working on. Specifically designed for use as an Octopi host controller for a 3D printer. Solves problem with the micro SD in my Pi B not locking in place. The latch on the right side of this case pushes the SD card in and keeps it there. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Modified Prusa i3 Resolution: .2mm layers Infill: 45% Post-Printing Hinge pin Use a piece of 3mm filament as the hinge pin for the latch. You may need to clean out the holes with a drill first. Fine tuning the MicroSD retainer You may need to file down the part of the latch that pushes the SD card into the slot. Mine was pushing the card in just a little too much. With two or three swipes of a file (you could use sandpaper if you wanted to) I got it in just the right spot. Future enhancements: Camera mast I want to add a folding mast to hold the camera. When transporting the unit, the mast will fold or collapse to the size of the case. Cooling fan I want to add a cooling fan that won't add much to the overall dimensions. Some sort of ducted fan as opposed to a radial fan attached to the outside of the case Button actuators The tactile switches at the bottom left of the screen are currently exposed. I want to close in that section and have actuators that protrude through the case.
