designed this raspberry pi server rack to house my raspberry pi NAS and my octoprint server. parts you willl need to buy: cable ties m2.5 standoffs (4 standoffs for every raspberry pi you want to mount) I used the 4mm varient of these: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/183416641168?var=691060713913 m2.5 screws i used the 4mm long varient of these (4 screws for every raspberry pi you want to mount): https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/231350152257?var=530611080557 6mm diameter rod ( i used brass however you could use steel just brass is easier to cut with a hacksaw!) you will need 4*how high you want your rack to be, in my case i wanted 25cm tall so i ordered 2 500mm rods and cut them in half. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/193603376273?var=493810931283 some self tapping screws to mount the fan to the fan mounts are required but its worth experimenting with different sizes on your specific fan. parts you will need to print: 4*TPU grip washer.stl (for every SERVER RACKS.stl / raspberry pi you want to mount) meterial:TPU 1*SERVER RACKS.stl (one for every raspberry pi) material:PLA 2*fan mount (120mm)STL.stl(only needed if youre going to mount a 120mm fan) material:PLA 1*PI SERVER (BOTTOM)STL.stl material: PLA 1*server rack (TOP)STL.stl material:PLA
