Raspberry Pi GPIO Connector That Works With the Makerbot Replicator 2
thingiverse
To print the vexaae's original GPIO connector using my Makerbot Replicator 2 (PLA filament), I initially experienced issues with filled-in holes and unprinted sides. I resolved these by modifying the provided Blender file, increasing hole size and thickening all four sides. Using MakerWare, I loaded the STL file, set print settings to 0.2mm thickness and 100% fill, and afterward attached solid copper wires to the breadboard pins before connecting to Raspberry Pi (fit may be tight).
